FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our general lead time is 4 weeks + freight time.

    However, our lead times are ultimately dependent on the size, quantities and complexity of the mirror/s you require.

    Some mirror designs (including those using toughened glass or bronze tint glass, with complex shapes or cut-outs) may take longer than those without.

    If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request!

  • Yes!

    DRAWINGS:
    You can email us a sketch / diagram showing the accurate dimensions, and any cut-out locations or shapes.
    We require the units to be in whole millimeter form (no decimal places).

    A cut-out must be measured from it’s centre, to two perpendicular edges.

    Please clearly mark any raked edges. These are are straight edges on a panel where one or more corners is not at a 90 degree angle. We need to know how many millimetres out-of-square each raked edge is.


    TEMPLATES:
    Templates must be exact to size, with no addition or subtraction requirements.
    Templates should be provided with straight edges, unless there is a definite shape requirement.

    These should be supplied in MDF or plywood, to ensure they can be scanned successfully and replicated accurately.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    We may not accept templates in other materials if they are difficult to interpret.
    Ensure you have packed and protected the templates sufficiently so damage doesn’t occur during transit.


    CUT-OUTS:
    To mark any cut-out’s on your template, you can either:
    1. Physically cut them out
    2. Draw the cut-out’s perimeter profile
    3. Mark the cut-out’s centre point (only for standard socket cut-outs)

    On internal cut-outs, there will always be a small radius corner (approx. 8mm) instead of a sharp right-angle.
    Cut-outs will always have a ground edge instead of polished, so we can keep this radius as small as possible.


    Extra Information & Packaging
    Please ensure that you mark the template with your NAME & which side is the FACE, and pack it very carefully to avoid any damage to the edges or corners during transit.

  • Yes! You can order your samples here.

    They are 100% refundable upon placing an order with us or returning them.*

    PLEASE NOTE:
    There will be more overall variation on finished panels than on a small A4 sized sample piece.
    Hence, samples should be viewed in conjunction with images on our website.


    * REFUND POLICY:
    All samples can be returned for a full refund, less the cost of freight.
    In order to qualify, please return:
    1. Within 90 days of receipt
    2. In undamaged and clean condition
    3. Securely packed to prevent damage in transit

  • Yes we can!

    Some panels require toughening due to its nature or application, eg. splashback, cut-outs, high-risk shape. oversized panel, located in high-traffic area.

    If you’re not sure whether your glass will need to be toughened, send us an email and we will happily assist.

  • We freight Australia-wide, fully insured to customer from door-to-door.

    For most orders, we make a custom timber, foam-lined packing case.
    These are sent with TNT (business to business), as we have found them to be the most efficient service.

    It is expected that the recipient has suitable means to receive / offload the shipment if need be. 
    For large deliveries (approx length 2m +), expect that a forklift may be required on site.
    Please plan accordingly, & contact TNT for more info.

    However, sometimes an order has special requirements…
    In this scenario, we either use one of our own drivers or a removalist service, to provide better care and handling of the goods. This also allows for more direct contact to be available between the driver & recipient.

    You can alternatively opt to arrange your own freight, which we are happy to help accommodate. 

  • No, we do not send out images of your mirror once it is finished.

    This is because we are a busy factory that runs on a strict schedule in order to keep up with our lead times, and we simply do not have time to photograph each mirror.

    Further, a mirror is ultimately inhibited it’s reflection, and our busy factory is unable to mimic the lighting and backdrop of your home / commercial space.
